Shipping Policy


Orders over $75 (before taxes and after any promotions applied) and placed before 12pm within the GTA, will qualify for FREE SAME DAY Shipping at checkout.

Orders with a subtotal below $75 within the GTA will be charged $9.99 +tax shipping fee.

Drinks are excluded from our Free Shipping offer due to the heavy weight.

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day between 6pm-9:30pm. 

Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following business day.

No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

While stands by our same day delivery service, there is the unlikely chance that your order might not ship the same day, primarily due to high order volumes & traffic within the retail stores. On occasion a product that is low in stock might be sold at the store level at the same time an order is placed online before the website sync's inventory levels between retail locations and our website. If this situation (or similar) were to occur we will contact you ASAP and provide you with available options. 

Please note: There are odd times when courier companies get backed up with deliveries due to reasons related to covid-19. While we stand by our same day dispatching of orders, once your order is in the courier's hands and has left our facility, delays are completely out of our control. Rest assured that delays are seldom. Please contact us on live chat should you not receive your order within the required timeframe.

We are not responsible for a package once it has been successfully delivered to the delivery address on file and photo confirmation has been provided to us by the carrier.

Order issues, like damaged or missing items, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


During the winter season (November - March) please note that during the colder winter months in some small cases, energy drinks might freeze and arrive damaged, as we have no control over temperature variances during transit.  We will not accept any claims for damaged cans/cases unfortunately, since carriers will also not insure for these damages. Please order at your on your own risk. Please consider this before placing your order during these month.


Orders Placed: Orders cannot be canceled once they leave us and are shipped out. 

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment.

Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the 'checkout page'. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and your order has left us, there is nothing we can do anymore unfortunately & the order is not eligible for a refund. If or when the parcel is "returned to sender", We are charged by the delivery company for the return and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account. If at that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item(s) once received back MINUS the shipping cost incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.
